Getting Started

How do I create an account?
Contact our System Administrator via WhatsApp (+255 750 130 632) or email at adonisdave5050@gmail.com. You'll receive your username and password, plus 50 FREE SMS to get started!
How do I send my first SMS?
It's super simple:
  • 1. Log in to your account at eabulksms.devora.co.tz
  • 2. Download the Excel template from the dashboard
  • 3. Fill in phone numbers (one per row, format: 07XX or 255XXX)
  • 4. Upload the Excel file
  • 5. Write your message (you'll see character count and cost)
  • 6. Click "Send Bulk SMS" and you're done!
Do I need to download any software?
No! Bulk SMS Sender is 100% web-based. Just log in from any browser on your computer, tablet, or phone. No downloads, no installations, no hassle.

Pricing & Payments

How much does it cost?
TZS 27 per SMS for standard users. New accounts get 50 FREE SMS on signup! For higher volumes or custom pricing, contact us for Business or Enterprise plans.
How do I purchase more SMS credits?
Contact your administrator to add more SMS credits to your quota. We accept M-Pesa, Airtel Money, Tigo Pesa, and bank transfers. Enterprise clients can set up monthly billing.
Do SMS credits expire?
Your monthly quota resets on the 1st of each month. Unused SMS from the previous month do not roll over. For custom arrangements (e.g., annual quotas), contact us for Enterprise plans.
Can I get a refund?
Unused SMS credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase, minus a 10% processing fee. Once SMS have been sent, they cannot be refunded. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Which countries can I send SMS to?
We support all East African countries:
  • 🇹🇿 Tanzania (Vodacom, Airtel, Tigo, Halotel, TTCL)
  • 🇰🇪 Kenya (Safaricom, Airtel)
  • 🇺🇬 Uganda (MTN, Airtel)
  • 🇷🇼 Rwanda (MTN, Airtel)
  • 🇧🇮 Burundi (Econet, Smart Mobile)
  • 🇸🇸 South Sudan (Zain, MTN)
Our system automatically detects and formats numbers correctly for each country.
What phone number formats are accepted?
We accept multiple formats:
  • Tanzania: 0712345678 or 255712345678
  • Kenya: 0712345678 or 254712345678
  • International format: +255712345678
Our system automatically validates and formats all numbers before sending.
How many SMS can one message contain?
One SMS = 160 characters (including spaces). If your message is longer:
  • 161-306 characters = 2 SMS (charged as 2)
  • 307-459 characters = 3 SMS (charged as 3)
Our system shows you the SMS count in real-time as you type, so you know exactly what you'll pay.
How fast are SMS delivered?
Most SMS are delivered within 5-30 seconds. During network congestion or peak hours, it may take up to 2 minutes. You can track delivery status in real-time from your dashboard.
Can I use my own Sender ID?
Yes! Business and Enterprise plans can use custom alphanumeric Sender IDs (e.g., "YourBrand"). The Sender ID must be:
  • 3-11 characters long
  • Alphanumeric (letters and numbers only, no special characters)
  • Approved by Africa's Talking (we handle this for you)
Contact us to set up your custom Sender ID. Standard accounts use the default "INFORM".
What happens if a number is invalid?
Our system validates all numbers before sending. Invalid numbers are:
  • Automatically skipped (not charged)
  • Listed in a detailed report you can download
  • Highlighted so you can fix and re-upload them
You only pay for successfully sent messages.

Account & Security

Is my data secure?
Absolutely. We use:
  • 🔒 Industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS)
  • 🔐 JWT authentication for secure sessions
  • 💾 MySQL database with encrypted storage
  • 🛡️ Regular security audits and updates

Can I change my password?
Yes! Contact your administrator to reset your password. For security, only admins can change passwords (prevents unauthorized access if someone gets your login).
Can multiple people use one account?
Yes, but we recommend creating separate accounts for each user for better tracking and security. Enterprise plans include multiple user accounts with role-based access.
